Chubb Receives Highest Rating (A++) from A.M. Best Company

The A.M. Best Company is the oldest, most experienced rating agency in the world and has been reporting on the financial condition of insurance companies since 1899.  A Rating Report from the A.M. Best Company represents an independent opinion of a company's financial strengh and ability to meet its obligations to policyholders.

In fact, relying on a half century of A.M. Best rating records, Best's Review, reported in January 2004 that three Chubb Group of Insurance Companies werer among a very few property and casualty insurers to have maintained a Best's Rating of A+ or higher every year for more than 50 years!
